VN AI Photo Editor

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VN AI Photo Editor (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) on Apple iOS devices. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for any photos you choose to edit using the App.

2. Photo Access & Content

The App requests access to your photo library only with your permission.
You retain full ownership of your photos.
The App uses your photos solely to provide editing features.
We do not store, sell, or share your photos.

3. App Features

The App provides image editing tools, including but not limited to:

  • Cropping and resizing images

  • Compressing image file sizes

  • Creating photo collages

Features may be updated, modified, or removed in future versions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed by RevenueCat.
Subscription terms, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on your device settings and region.

6. Permissions

You may grant or revoke app permissions at any time through iOS settings. Some features may not function properly without required permissions.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or edit illegal, harmful, or offensive content

  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App

  • Use the App in violation of Apple’s policies or applicable laws

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or edited results.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
