Effective Date: January 8, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and VN AI Photo Editor (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Agreement governs your use of the App on Apple iOS devices.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, are owned by us. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Apple’s policies

  • Access your photo library only with your permission

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and images you select or edit.
The App accesses photos only to provide editing features.
We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

  • Use the App in violation of Apple’s policies

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including advertising and purchase-management services, to support functionality or performance. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Apple Acknowledgment

This Agreement is between you and us, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
